The contract timeline is as follows:

• Total Duration: The contract is for an anticipated period of 24 months.
• Contract Start Date: The contractor is obligated to commence the performance of the contracted obligations immediately upon being introduced to the work. The contract becomes effective on the date of its conclusion, which is defined as the date of the last signature by the contracting parties.
• Key Milestones/Phases: The work is to be executed in phases, adhering to the following deadlines from the introduction to the work:
• Phase 1: Preparation and submission of PZI plans and elaborations for review to the client, co-financier, and engineer. Deadline: 180 days from the introduction to the work.
• Phase 2: Preparation and submission of supplemented PZI plans and elaborations to the client, co-financier, and engineer. Deadline: 30 days after receiving the review discussion note.
• Phase 3: Preparation and submission of an extract of PZI plans and elaborations to the client, co-financier, and engineer for the purpose of the public construction tender. Deadline: 30 days after receiving confirmation of the supplemented project documentation.
• The creation of PZI project documentation under this contract concludes with the issuance of a document acceptance certificate by the client to the contractor.
• Other Deadlines:
• The project designer must submit a clear situation, detailing all locations for sample collection and field investigations, for approval to the client and engineer no later than 20 days after the conclusion of the contract.
• The project designer must prepare and submit to the client a clear situation with a proposal for microlocation (stationing) and traffic signaling for traffic management, including existing relevant signaling, no later than 20 days after the conclusion of the contract.
• The project designer must submit the traffic closure schedule for approval to the client no later than 20 days after the conclusion of the contract.
• The project designer is obligated to commence fieldwork no later than 3 days after the client approves the closure period.
• The offer remains binding until February 5, 2027.
• Conditions for Deadline Extension: Deadlines may be extended without penalties for the contractor, client, and co-financier if:
• The contracting parties mutually agree in writing to a change in the deadline.
• The contractor does not receive all necessary data from the client and co-financier required for the execution of the contract.

The project documentation will be delivered in phases:

1. Preparation and submission of PZI plans and reports for review by the client, co-financier, and engineer within 180 days of commencement.

2. Preparation and submission of supplemented PZI plans and reports within 30 days after receiving the review discussion notes.

3. Preparation and submission of an extract of PZI plans and reports for the public construction tender within 30 days after receiving confirmation of supplemented project documentation.

All documentation must be in standard A4 formats and submitted digitally (PDF, Excel, Word, DWG, DWF for drawings). Final PZI copies, including reports and studies, must be stamped. The estimated contract period is 24 months.
