TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the performance of construction works for the extension of the Medovdolac cemetery in Medov Doć – Phase II (20 burial plots), on cadastral plot no. *26/2 of building land and cadastral plot nos. 140/15, 140/16 and 2/1 of land, cadastral municipality Medovdolac, in accordance with the main design ZOP 07/18 OL (MAPA 1 – architectural design TD 07/18; MAPA 2 – structural design TD S/04/06/18; MAPA 3 – geodetic design TD 039/18) which forms an integral part of the final construction permit CLASS: UP/I-361-03/19-01/000009, FILE NO.: 2181/1-11-00-02/04-19-0002 dated 5. 7. 2019. The works include preparatory, earthworks and demolition works (opening a passage in the existing reinforced concrete wall, wide excavation, backfilling and bedding layers, drainage), concrete and reinforced concrete works (foundations and retaining walls of the cemetery, 20 standard reinforced concrete burial plots 280 x 280 cm with a foundation slab, walls, cantilevered side slabs, roof slab and opening slab, reinforcement) and landscaping works (curbstones, paving with concrete paving slabs, steel fencing, topsoil and planting of cypress trees), all in accordance with the bill of…
