TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement includes the performance of all works, the supply of materials, plant material, equipment, transport, installation, testing, maintenance, and all other works necessary for the complete execution of the contract in accordance with the main design and the bill of quantities. The subject includes an integral landscaping arrangement and the establishment of a functional green infrastructure network through multiple mutually connected locations within the area of the Municipality of Tounj. The works include surveying, preparatory and earthworks, terrain shaping, the construction of pedestrian areas and landscape elements, planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, and lawns, installation of park and urban equipment, and maintenance of newly created green areas after planting. The works are carried out on multiple functional units covered by the main design, including: Landscaping of the plot for the future Tourist-Cultural-Information Center Tounj and the adjacent contact plots, whereby the concept includes planting of native tree and shrub species, landscaping of the parking lot, introduction of electromobility elements, and the use of renewable energy sources.…
