TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is: A. Construction of a cycle path with a footpath on the basis of the attached bill of quantities and design documentation. B. Construction of Bertoki sewerage – secondary network in the Bertoki urban agglomeration on the basis of the attached bill of quantities, design documentation and the building permit. The works for the construction of the cycle path with a footpath will be carried out as maintenance works in the public interest on the basis of the PZI design documentation titled “Arrangement of the cycle path with a footpath along the regional road Bertoki–Koper (Škocjan) over a length of 1.180 km (from km 1+200 m to km 2+380 m)”, no. NG/012-2022, August 2025, prepared by PS Prostor d.o.o. Koper. The works for the construction of Bertoki sewerage will be carried out on the basis of the PZI design documentation and the building permit no. 351-489/2009-14 dated 1. 2. 2010 and the bill of quantities; for which the contractor, upon completion of the works, will have to deliver to the contracting authority all documentation for the application for the issuance of the operating permit.
