The subject of procurement is the continuation of the construction of a footpath and sewerage in the settlement of Kalnik, in Podgorska Street. The subject of procurement includes Phase II of the arrangement. Previously, in the same street in the settlement of Kalnik, Phase I of the execution of works on the construction of a footpath and sewerage has been completed. The subject of procurement includes preparatory works, earthworks, construction of the road pavement structure, construction of stormwater drainage, and construction of the associated sewerage. The subject of procurement is described in detail in the Bill of Quantities, which is an integral part of the Procurement Documentation. The subject of procurement and technical specifications are additionally defined in the documents published together with the Procurement Documentation and form an integral part thereof, and these are: - a construction permit, - a confirmation of the finality of the act, - a confirmation of the enforceability of the act, - the main project.
