TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement procedure is works for the construction of a sidewalk in Dumovček Street, all in accordance with the Bill of Quantities and Project-Technical Documentation that are attached to these procurement documents and form an integral part thereof. The Contractor is obliged to carry out the works in accordance with the Project-Technical Documentation, positive regulations, technical regulations, and applicable standards. Payment/settlement for the works shall be made on the basis of the actually completed works. The Contractor of the works shall independently provide temporary storage for construction material and storage for waste material to be disposed of before it is transported to the waste disposal site for the disposal of waste material. The cost of transport and disposal of waste material is the obligation of the Contractor of the works. After completion of the works, the Contractor is obliged to arrange/restore the surrounding area and to dispose of any waste that may have arisen in accordance with the legal regulations.
