CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW HEALTH CENTRE BUILDING ZAGREB - WEST - ŠPANSKO DISPENSARY CPV code and name: 45215140-0 The subject of the public procurement is the performance of works for the construction of the Zagreb West Health Centre – Špansko Dispensary, at the location of cadastral parcel No. 5363/3, cadastral municipality Donje Vrapče, in Zagreb. The planned construction is a detached public and social – health-purpose building, designed as a modern compact-form health facility with one underground and three above-ground storeys (Po+Pr+2). The total gross built-up area of the building is approximately 5,830 m², of which about 1,150 m² relates to the underground part and about 4,680 m² to the above-ground part. The building is shaped as a rectangular volume with a central atrium and a layout that enables the functional separation of public, communication and medical facilities. On the ground floor, the main entrances and public facilities are planned, while on the upper floors there are consulting rooms, waiting areas and accompanying health facilities.
