TENDER DESCRIPTION
The construction and development of the “Iza banja” beach and the accompanying coastal infrastructure relates to the performance of marine and construction works in the existing coastal area with a sandy beach, with particular importance that the intervention is carried out by retaining the existing shoreline. The scope includes landscaping and construction of the beach, filling with beach sand exclusively on the land portion, creating a beach area along the existing naturally formed coastal line, construction of a coastal promenade as a pedestrian communication route, completion of a promenade along the beach with a length of approximately 128 m, as well as all related construction, earthworks and craftsman works necessary for functional and safe use of the area.
