The subject of procurement is the performance of construction works for the construction of a parking lot near the Šemovec Cemetery with a vehicular connection to Plitvička Street, on parcel no. 1462, cadastral municipality Šemovec, in accordance with the design-technical documentation, the Bill of Quantities (Troškovnik), the building permit, and other conditions of the Procurement Documentation. The works in particular include preparatory and earthworks, construction of road and parking areas, the stormwater drainage system, traffic signage, fencing, surveying and other ancillary works required for the complete and functional completion of the subject scope.
