TENDER DESCRIPTION

On plot of land k.č.br. 389/33, k.o. Ljubešćica, which is located in the zone of public and social purpose (central content), construction of a small-sided football pitch is planned with dimensions of 20 x 40 metres, together with the surrounding ancillary facilities. The overall scope of the intervention, in plan view, will have a maximum footprint of 53.10 x 36.44 metres, with two pedestrian paths connecting the existing children’s playground, with a distance of approximately 12 metres. The surface with artificial turf will be 25.20 x 46.55 m in dimensions, with surrounding paths of approximately 3.70 m, 2.40 m, 2.20 m or 1 m width, and arranged landscaping. The building plot has been formed and has a total area of 8,041.0 m2 of irregular shape. On the site there are currently 2 open fenced tennis courts and a children’s playground built in 2024. Concrete grandstands with 4 rows of seating will also be constructed. Access to the stands will be via steps with a width of 1.5 m that divide the stands into 3 sections (two lengths of 14 m and one length of 15.60 m).
