TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is the Construction of a complex comprising the Market Hall and a Multi-purpose Centre, consisting of defined phases of execution of the intervention (4 phases): 1. Phase – construction of the Market Hall building and part of the parking area on the eastern side of the market 2. Phase – demolition of the existing Market Hall buildings, construction of a public square, traffic-related parking areas and the intermodal terminal 3. Phase – construction of the Multi-purpose Centre building 4. Phase – construction of an unclassified road with parking areas As part of Phase 2, the construction of shared installations for the buildings of the Market Hall and the Multi-purpose Centre is also envisaged.
