TENDER DESCRIPTION
Construction of the Perić viewpoint - Phase II in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (Troškovnik) and Project documentation, which form an integral part of the procurement documentation. The Bill of Quantities (Form 1.) the contracting authority attaches to the procurement documentation for the subject of procurement. The tenderer must fill in the Bill of Quantities and upload it when preparing the tender on EOJN. Detailed technical specifications are provided in a separate attachment. Criteria for assessing equivalence of the subject of procurement: For all items of the Bill of Quantities in which, together with the specified technical specifications, a trademark, patent, type, or specific origin is significantly requested or stated, the tenderer may offer “or equivalent” to the requested or stated one. If an equivalent product is offered, the tenderer must, in the blank spaces provided in the Bill of Quantities for the relevant items, enter the details of the equivalent product being offered. In the event that the Bill of Quantities does not provide a place for entering an equivalent product, tenderers are obliged to provide information about this in a separate document…
