Izgradnja, vzdrževanje in nadgradnje informacijskega sistema eSRRS

The contract is concluded for a period of ten years from the date of the implementation of Phase 1a into the production environment, which will be specified in the acceptance record. The contract officially becomes valid on the day both parties sign it.

Key milestones and phases are as follows:

• Phase 1a: This involves the construction of a new eSRRS application or the upgrade of the existing r-Sklad application. It includes analysis of the current state and client needs, testing, implementation in the production environment, submission of required documentation, user training, and the handover/transition from r-Sklad to eSRRS. This phase is to be completed within 12 months from the signing of the contract.
• Phase 1b: This phase focuses on the development and implementation of desired functionalities and should be completed no later than 6 months after the conclusion of Phase 1a.
• Phase 2: This involves the migration of the existing r-Sklad database to the new database. This phase must be completed within 18 months from the signing of the contract.
• Phase 3: This covers maintenance for a continuous period of 10 years, starting from the implementation of Phase 1a.
• Phase 4a, 4b, 4c: These phases include upgrades related to Contracts, Extraction, and Reporting modules. They are to be completed by agreement, but no later than 6 months after the conclusion of Phase 1a.
• Phase 4d: This phase covers other upgrades, implemented from the production environment, particularly those linked to financial products or necessitated by legislative changes. The timeline for these upgrades is by agreement.

The core scope of work for this tender involves the development and implementation of a new eSRRS application or the upgrade of an existing r-Sklad application. This encompasses several phases:

• Phase 1a: Building a new eSRRS application (Option A) or upgrading the existing r-Sklad application (Option B). This includes analysis of the current state and client needs, testing, deployment to the production environment, handover of required documentation, and user training.
• Phase 1b: Development and implementation of desired functionalities.
• Phase 2: Migration of the existing r-Sklad database to the new database.
• Phase 3: Ongoing maintenance for a period of 10 years.
• Phase 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d: Various upgrades and modules, specifically for contracts, drawing, reporting, and other general upgrades.

Core deliverables also include:

• Specific functionalities such as status changes with email notifications, electronic signing of requests, integration with Credit/DWH management applications, and report creation based on reporting conditions.
• Management of public tenders, including flexible tender creation, status changes, and generating various outputs.
• Maintenance and support activities, involving communication on technical changes, proposals for improvements, minor upgrades, configuration changes, minor data structure updates (3 working hours/person per month, with rollover), and major maintenance interventions based on actual work.
• Integration with external systems like AJPES and Ebonitete.si for business entity data, and internal systems such as the Central Client Register, Data Warehouse, and the client's document system. Each integration requires appropriate error handling, call logging, and security checks.
