Izrada glavnog i izvedbenog projekta rekonstrukcije i dogradnje osnovne škole „Jovo Kablar” i prenamjene u dom za starije i nemoćne osobe u Biovičinom Selu

The contract duration is 12 months. The contract starts from the date of mutual signing by both parties. Key milestones include a 90-day deadline for preparing the main project, commencing from the mutual signing of the contract, and a 60-day deadline for preparing the execution project and bill of quantities, starting from the date the building permit becomes enforceable. The contract remains active until the handover of the execution project and bill of quantities, with a maximum duration of 12 months from the mutual signing.

The core scope of work for this tender is the "Development of the main and detailed design for the reconstruction and extension of the 'Jovo Kablar' elementary school and its conversion into a home for the elderly and infirm in Biovičino Selo." This service falls under technical design, architectural services for buildings, and technical design for mechanical and electrical installations of buildings. The project involves a building with an approximate area of 3,000 m2 and a capacity for at least 80 users.

The core deliverables include:

1. Development of the main design for obtaining a building permit. This encompasses various specialized projects such as architectural, structural, electrical (power, low current, fire alarm systems, photovoltaic power plants), mechanical (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling), elevator, water supply, sewage, and hydrant network design, kitchen technology design, and accessibility design for persons with disabilities. It also includes comprehensive reports on energy efficiency, thermal protection, noise and vibration protection, occupational safety, and fire protection. The deliverable requires harmonization with the conceptual design, obtaining author's consent, providing 3 printed copies and an electronic version (PDF with qualified electronic signature, DWG), and managing the building permit issuance process.

2. Development of the detailed design for all disciplines. This involves elaborating the technical solutions from the main design to a level suitable for construction, including detailed drawings, formwork and reinforcement plans, installation diagrams, and specifications of equipment and materials. This deliverable must be aligned with the main design and the executive building permit, and provided in 3 printed copies and electronic format (PDF with qualified electronic signature).

3. Development of the bill of quantities (cost estimate) for all designed works. This must be organized by discipline, include a recapitulation, be consistent with the detailed design, and be provided in an electronic format (.xlsx, without prices and with estimated prices) and 3 printed copies, suitable for public procurement.

The contract duration is 12 months, with the main design to be completed within 90 days of contract signing, and the detailed design and bill of quantities within 60 days of the building permit becoming enforceable.
