TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the development of a new electronic system of the Croatian Science Foundation for the submission of project proposals, evaluation and monitoring of funded projects. The Croatian Science Foundation (HRZZ), as the Contracting Authority, is the central national organization for financing scientific, higher-education and technological programs and projects in Croatia. Every year HRZZ publishes a series of calls for support for scientific research, thereby ensuring stable financing for research groups dealing with internationally and/or nationally significant scientific issues which, through basic, applied or development research, create new and improve existing knowledge. In order to ensure the selection and funding of the best projects, HRZZ has developed a project proposal evaluation procedure based on internationally accepted peer review practice, in which scientists from Croatia and abroad participate.
