Preparation of the design, design supervision and execution of repair works on the structure of a residential and commercial building in Petrinja, Vladimira Nazora 17, built on parcel no. k.č.br. 1859/1, parcel no. zk.č.br. 312/C (old survey) i.e. parcel no. k.č.br. 9856 (new survey), k.o. Petrinja, which is located within the cultural-historical complex of the City of Petrinja. The subject of the Contract is divided into two (2) phases: Phase 1: includes preparation of project documentation and obtaining the required confirmations, in accordance with the Project Requirements, which implies: 1. Carrying out construction investigation works necessary for defining the existing structural elements, their condition, mutual connections, and similar 2.
