The contract duration is 30 months. The contract start date is from the mutual signature of both parties. The implementation of contractual activities begins on the first day after the contract is signed by both parties and will last for 30 months. The Executor is obliged to submit a detailed Service Execution Time Plan to the Client within 15 days from the date of signing the Contract for the Client's review and approval.

The core scope of work for this tender primarily involves services related to the "Expansion of Raša Port" project. This includes the preparation of comprehensive project documentation, professional supervision, and project management.

Specifically, the core deliverables and work scope encompass:

• Preparation of Study-Project Documentation and Procurement Documentation for Works, Professional Supervision, and Project Management for the "Expansion of Raša Port" project.
• Development of Preliminary Design and Environmental Impact Assessment Procedure, which includes the creation of the preliminary design.
• Creation of a comprehensive cost estimate for the construction of the Bršica port expansion, detailing all necessary works, unit measures, quantities, unit prices, total prices, and a recapitulation by work type. This cost estimate must separate material and equipment procurement (with detailed characteristics and compliance norms), installation, and delivery to the construction site. The cost estimate also needs to be provided in tabular format (e.g., Excel) and in both Croatian and English.
• Specific investigative field works including:
• Marine geophysical profiles (8 profiles).
• Exploratory drilling from the sea (4 boreholes, totaling 125 meters, with varying depths and probe lengths).
• CPTU static penetration from the sea (2 probes, totaling 55 meters, including three pore pressure dissipation tests per probe).
• Rental of a vessel for drilling on water (20 days), including towing the vessel to the research area, installing anchor blocks and buoys, and setting up drilling equipment on the boat.
• Soil testing using the standard penetration test (SPT) procedure (approximately 60 tests).
• Collection of disturbed soil samples for classification tests (110 and 55 pieces).
• Collection of samples for uniaxial strength of cohesive soil (approximately 12 pieces).
• Collection of rock cores for uniaxial strength (approximately 8 pieces).
• Laboratory tests, including classification tests (60 pieces), uniaxial strength of cohesive soil (12 pieces), and uniaxial strength of rock (8 pieces).
• Preparation of a report on conducted field research works, which should cover IG mapping, exploratory drilling, CPTU probes, and laboratory research.
• Professional supervision services, acting as the Engineer within the Construction Contract. This involves supervision of works execution in accordance with applicable laws, and services as Coordinator II for occupational safety. These services are detailed across preparation, construction, and post-construction phases, including communication protocols, meeting frequencies, and progress reporting.
• Preparation of tender documentation for professional supervision, which includes specific sections like "Instructions to Bidders," "Description of Work" (Book 3), and "Cost Estimate" (Book 4), adhering to FIDIC Red Book or equivalent contracting models.
