The contract timeline is as follows:

The total duration of the framework agreement is 48 months, which is four years. The framework agreement commences upon mutual signature. Annually, a separate one-year contract will be established based on the framework agreement to specify the contract's value and scope, aligned with the financial resources available for that year. The detailed deadlines for delivering individual parts of the documentation will be set within these specific individual contracts. Should additional financial resources become available during any annual contract, an amendment to that annual contract will be made to increase its value and adjust the timeline for activity execution accordingly.

The core scope of work for this tender is the "Development of water supply system for Mljet island - Phase 1," which involves the creation of project and study documentation for the construction of municipal water supply infrastructure on Mljet island. The services aim to produce feasibility studies, environmental procedure elaborates, and project documentation necessary for a successful application and implementation of the project for co-financing from EU funds. The ultimate goal is to ensure the concept and formulation of planned measures result in a sustainable project acceptable for EU co-financing.

The key deliverables include:

• EU Project Feasibility Pre-study: This encompasses analyses of the existing situation and needs, determination of agglomeration and project scope, novelty of conceptual solutions for public water supply and drainage systems, a procurement and implementation plan, and financial and economic analysis.
• Elaborates for EU Project Environmental Procedures: This involves creating an Environmental Protection Elaborate and a non-technical summary for the assessment of the need for an environmental impact assessment.
• Project Documentation for Pipelines and Water Supply Facilities: This covers geodetic surveys and bases for pipelines, geodetic works for pump stations and water reservoirs, geotechnical investigation works, conceptual designs for pump stations, pipelines, water reservoirs, and measurement-regulation manholes, as well as main designs for these components, and cost estimates for the project solution.
• Elaborate/Project for Supervisory Control System with Communication Network: This includes the development project for the SCADA system.
• Techno-economic Analysis of Pipe Material Selection: This involves the elaborate for techno-economic analysis of pipe material.
