Izrada projektno-tehničke dokumentacije za izgradnju nove zgrade zdravstvene namjene u sklopu Županijske bolnice Čakovec

The contract duration is 4 months. The contract begins on the date of mutual signing.

The execution of the contract is divided into two phases:

1. Phase I – Preparation of the Main Project: This phase has a deadline of 2 months from the date of mutual signing of the contract for its creation and delivery.

2. Phase II – Preparation of the Execution Project: This phase has a deadline of 2 months from the date of signing the record of acceptance of the Main Project, or from the day the Client issues a written order to commence Phase II.

The core scope of work for this tender is the preparation of project-technical documentation for the construction of a new health-purpose building within the Čakovec County Hospital. The new building will house the Medical-Biochemical Laboratory, Department of Transfusion Medicine, Department of Pathology and Cytology, and Department of Palliative Care and Chronic Treatment.

The Statement of Work (SOW) is summarized in two main phases:

1. Phase I – Preparation of the Main Project (Glavni projekt): This phase involves creating a comprehensive, harmonized, technically feasible, and complete foundation for obtaining a building permit and conducting the public procurement process for construction works. This includes all necessary project maps, elaborates, studies, analyses, calculations, bills of quantities, technical descriptions, drawings, tables, specifications, a 3D building model, and other project-technical documentation required for a clear definition of the procurement subject. The documentation must be of sufficient quality to allow for immediate issuance of a building permit and execution of works without subsequent modifications due to professional errors or incompleteness. This phase has a deadline of two months from the mutual signing of the contract.

2. Phase II – Preparation of the Execution Project (Izvedbeni projekt): This phase entails elaborating on the project solutions developed in the Main Project. It includes detailed execution drawings, schemes, workshop drawings, calculations, tables, and other documentation necessary for the actual execution of construction works. This phase also has a deadline of two months, starting from the date of the acceptance record for the Main Project.

The selected tenderer is obligated to perform all services professionally, conscientiously, and on time, in full compliance with the procurement documentation, technical specifications, relevant Croatian laws and regulations, technical standards, professional rules, and any specific conditions from public authorities, as well as all other regulations governing healthcare facility design, construction, and operation.

Additional deliverables and responsibilities include:

• Coordination among all designers and specialists.
• Conducting all required tests, measurements, exploratory works, geodesic surveys, and geotechnical investigations.
• Participation in coordination meetings.
• Communication with the Client, users, and competent public bodies.
• Providing responses, clarifications, and professional support during the public procurement process for works.
• Rectifying any deficiencies in the project-technical documentation for which the Contractor is responsible.
• Covering all travel, administrative, printing, copying, and delivery costs for the project-technical documentation.
• Bearing all other costs necessary for the complete fulfillment of contractual obligations.
