Izrada projektno-tehničke dokumentacije za izgradnju nove zgrade zdravstvene namjene u sklopu Županijske bolnice Čakovec

The contract timeline is as follows:

The total duration of the contract is 4 months.

The contract start date is from the date of mutual signing by both parties.

The contract execution is divided into two phases:

1. Phase I – Main Project (Izrada Glavnog projekta): The deadline for the preparation and delivery of the Main Project is 2 months from the date of mutual signing of the contract. This phase is considered complete upon the selected tenderer's preparation and submission of the entire Main Project with all accompanying documentation, and its formal acceptance by the Client.

2. Phase II – Execution Project (Izrada Izvedbenog projekta): The deadline for the preparation and delivery of the Execution Project is 2 months from the date of signing the record of acceptance of the Main Project, or from the date the Client provides a written order to commence Phase II. This phase is considered complete upon the selected tenderer's preparation and submission of the entire Execution Project with all necessary documentation for the execution of works, and its formal acceptance by the Client.

The core scope of work for this tender is the preparation of project-technical documentation for the construction of a new health facility building within the Čakovec County Hospital.

The Statement of Work is summarized in two main phases:

• Phase I – Preparation of the Main Project: This involves creating all necessary project maps, elaborates, studies, analyses, calculations, cost estimates, technical descriptions, drawings, tables, specifications, a 3D model, and other project-technical documentation required for obtaining a building permit and for the public procurement process of construction works.
• Phase II – Preparation of the Execution Project: This phase elaborates on the project solutions from the Main Project, encompassing execution drawings, details, schemes, workshop drawings, calculations, tables, specifications, and other documentation essential for the execution of works.

Core deliverables also include:

• Ensuring the project-technical documentation is of sufficient quality and detail to enable the direct issuance of a building permit, the public procurement of works, and the actual execution of works without subsequent modifications due to professional omissions or incompleteness.
• Coordination of all designers and experts, conducting necessary tests, measurements, exploratory works, and providing geodetic and geotechnical bases if required.
• Participation in coordination meetings and communication with the Client, users, and relevant public authorities.
• Providing answers, clarifications, and expert support throughout the public procurement process for works.
• Rectifying any deficiencies in the project-technical documentation caused by the contractor's responsibility.
• Covering all associated travel, administrative, printing, copying, and delivery costs, along with any other expenses necessary for the complete fulfillment of contractual obligations.

The tender also incorporates socially responsible aspects, specifically through special conditions for contract execution and promoting fair working conditions.
