The contract duration is 3 months. The contract start date is from the day of introduction to the job. The execution period does not include days required for obtaining approvals from the client or permits, confirmations, licenses, opinions, or consents from competent authorities that the contractor cannot influence.

The core scope of work for this tender is the creation of technical documentation for the construction of recycling yards and a communal base. This specifically includes technical documentation for recycling yards and a communal base in the city districts of Sesvete, Stenjevec, and Trnje.

The Statement of Work summary and core deliverables include:

• Preparation of all project components and necessary elaborates as prescribed by law for obtaining construction permits.
• The contract duration for these services is 3 months from the start date.
• Submission of complete project documentation in the agreed number and format of copies, including all project components, previously confirmed by the client.
• Delivery of all permits, approvals, opinions, decisions, written reports, conditions, and confirmations from competent administrative bodies, or the submission of complete documentation in accordance with valid construction regulations that allow for the commencement of works.
• Separate project documentation must be prepared for each recycling yard and communal base.
• The offer for technical documentation includes: technical description and proof of ownership.
• Obtaining special conditions for the project from public law bodies.
• Obtaining confirmations/approvals for the project from public law bodies indicating that the project is prepared in accordance with special regulations and conditions.
• Delivery of three (3) printed copies of the projects and electronic versions.
• Submission of all obtained special conditions and confirmations on the main project from public law bodies.
• Submission of a complete technical description of the existing state and a description of all designed works in Word format.
• Submission of all cost estimates consolidated into a single document, prepared by work groups, with an overall recapitulation, in Excel format.
• Estimated value of works according to the project, certified by the designer.
• Mandatory cooperation with representatives of the City Office for Construction, Spatial Planning, and Reconstruction, and Zagrebački holding d.o.o. during project development.
• Preparation of data and analytical statements for calculating utility and water contributions, in accordance with relevant regulations.
• Obtaining proof of ownership of the subject parcel, i.e., obtaining land registry extract and possession sheet for the parcel.
• The offer price must include obtaining all necessary approvals, conditions, confirmations, opinions, payment of all required fees, and all necessary corrections during the process of obtaining special conditions and permits.
• Technical specifications are to determine the minimum required characteristics of the subject of procurement and are found in the description of the subject of procurement, the bill of quantities, and the Project tasks in the annex. These can be in the form of performance or functional requirements, or by referring to technical specifications with a priority order of national, European, and international standards, always allowing for "or equivalent".
