TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of expert tasks related to ensuring safety and health at work — an external expert associate under the Safety and Health at Work Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 43/11), the Resolution on the national programme for safety and health at work 2018-2027 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 23/2018) and the relevant implementing regulations; who will also perform fire safety tasks under the Fire Safety Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 3/07 — official consolidated text, 9/11, 83/12, 61/17 — GZ, 189/20 — ZFRO and 43/22), the Fire Service Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 113/05 — official consolidated text, 23/19, 189/20 — ZFRO, 39/22 and 117/22 — ZVNDN-C) and the relevant implementing regulations, and the handling of injuries of public employees and detained persons.
