TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the performance of professional tasks related to ensuring safety and health at work – an external expert under the Occupational Safety and Health Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 43/11), the Resolution on the national programme for occupational safety and health 2018-2027 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 23/2018) and the related subordinate legal acts; who will also perform fire safety tasks under the Protection Against Fire Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 3/07 – official consolidated text, 9/11, 83/12, 61/17 – GZ, 189/20 – ZFRO and 43/22), the Fire Service Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No 113/05 – official consolidated text, 23/19, 189/20 – ZFRO, 39/22 and 117/22 – ZVNDN-C) and the related subordinate legal acts, and dealing with injuries of public servants and persons in custody.
