Key milestones or phases:

• The overhaul work is expected to occur from March 1, 2027, to March 26, 2027.
• At least 4 months before the start of the outage, the supplier must provide the organizational scheme and roll-out of workers, perform security checks on workers, and provide information on appropriate education and qualification.
• An overview of work orders and preparation of all attachments, including the Work inspection Plan, must be performed by the supplier 3 months before the end of 35. cikel OLM.
• The supplier must carry out preventive and corrective work on diesel engines and compressors, prepare the pre-outage package, preliminary report, and final report, and review NPP Krško Work procedures and manufacturer's instructions 2 months before the end of 35. cikel OLM.
• The supplier must prepare material for internal training of their work planners, work leaders, and QC 2 months before the end of 35. cikel OLM.
• Training for work planners, work leaders, and QA+QC staff in NPP Krško must be conducted by the supplier and NPP Krško 2 months before the end of 35. cikel OLM.
• Inspection of the site, inspection and verification of spare parts, and recording of necessary tools, materials, and accessories must be performed by the supplier 1 month before the end of 35. cikel OLM.
• General training for all workers participating in the overhaul must be conducted by the supplier and NPP Krško 1 month before the end of 35. cikel OLM.
• Installation of containers and organization of the site must be performed by the supplier 14 days before the end of 35. cikel OLM.
• Checking worker lists, fulfillment of work conditions, and issuing permits to enter and move around the site must be performed by the supplier 14 days before the end of 35. cikel OLM.

The core scope of work for this tender is to carry out preventive and corrective work on diesel engines and compressors at Krško Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) before Outage 2027. This includes performing an overhaul as detailed in Appendix 1, which outlines the "Overhaul scope before Outage 2027 (35. cikel OLM)". The work also encompasses pre-outage activities, such as defining the supplier's organizational scheme and responsibilities (Construction site manager, QA, Work planners, Work leaders, QC) four months before the end of the 35th OLM cycle, and preparing the pre-outage package in accordance with NPP Krško's QA requirements. Additionally, the scope includes regular and potential "Additional works," which are corrective tasks on diesel engines and compressors that may exceed the fixed scope by up to 10%, with an estimated volume of up to 50 working hours.

The statement of work summary and core deliverables include:

• Preventive and Corrective Work: Performance of maintenance on specified equipment, notably DIESEL ENGINE PERKINS (Model 3012TAG2B), AIR XLE COMPRESSOR (Model XLE-2L7NL), and DIESEL GENERATOR SET 3.
• Pre-outage Activities: Organizational scheme and responsibility definition, and preparation of the pre-outage package.
• Preliminary Report: Submission at the final meeting before departing the NPP Krško site.
• Final Report: Handover to NPP Krško in five copies (two paper and three electronic PDF versions) within 30 days of work completion.
• All work must adhere to NPP Krško procedures, the supplier's QA plan and program, technological and control procedures, and applicable legislation.
