The subject of the public procurement is: Execution of GOI works for the Velenje Satellite Emergency Centre and energy rehabilitation of section A of the Velenje Health Centre This public procurement is carried out by the contracting authority Mestna občina Velenje on its own behalf and for its own account, and on behalf of and for the account of the Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia (hereinafter: ZZZS) as co-owner of the premises in the building, provided that during the publication of the public procurement an agreement will be concluded to regulate mutual relations.
