The subject of the public procurement is: Execution of GOI works for the Velenje Satellite Emergency Centre and energy refurbishment of section A of the Velenje Health Centre This public procurement is carried out by the contracting authority Mestna občina Velenje in its own name and on its own account and in the name and on behalf of the Health Insurance Institute of Slovenia (hereinafter: ZZZS) as co-owner of the premises in the building, provided that, at the time of publication of the public procurement, an agreement regulating mutual relationships will be concluded.
