TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement for Group 1 is the performance of architectural-construction, electrical and mechanical works for the upgrading and functional modernisation of the workshop (hall) for the maintenance of railway vehicles – Vinkovci Center. The works include the rearrangement of the workshop spaces at the specified location, which does not affect location conditions nor the fulfilment of the essential requirements for the building (basic requirements for mechanical resistance and stability, fire safety, hygiene, health and environmental protection, safety and accessibility during use, noise protection, etc.), all in accordance with Article 3 of the Rules on simple and other structures (NN 31/20, 74/22, 155/23), which provides that, without a permit and a main design, works may be carried out for the purpose of rearranging, i.e. adapting spaces to new needs, whereby the organisation of space changes, non-load-bearing partition elements of the building and/or installations, and by such changes the fulfilment of mechanical resistance and stability for the building and/or fire safety is not affected, and compliance of the building with the location conditions in accordance…
