TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement for Group 1 is the execution of architectural and construction, electrical and mechanical works for the arrangement and functional modernisation of the workshop (hall) for the maintenance of railway vehicles, Vinkovci Centre. The works include the reorganisation of the workshop premises at the specified location, which does not affect location requirements nor the fulfilment of essential requirements for the building (basic requirements for mechanical resistance and stability, fire safety, hygiene, health and environmental protection, safety and accessibility during use, protection against noise, etc.), all in accordance with Article 3 of the Rules on simple and other structures (NN 31/20, 74/22, 155/23), which prescribes that works for the purpose of reorganisation, i.e. adapting the premises to new needs as a result of which the organisation of space changes, non-load-bearing partition elements of the building and/or installations may be carried out without a permit and without a main project, whereby those changes do not affect the fulfilment of mechanical resistance and stability for the building and/or fire safety, and the building’s compliance…
