TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject area consists of the newly formed parcel k.č.br. 1863/1 k.o. Peščenica. On the common parcel will be located the Dragutin Kušlan Primary School and the existing building of the III. Gymnasium. According to the provisions of the General Urban Plan (GUP) of the City of Zagreb, in densely populated areas, i.e., in already formed settlements, the size of the school building plot is at least 20 m2 per pupil. The newly formed plot is sufficient for the needs of the III. Gymnasium - max 672 pupils and the Dragutin Kušlan Primary School with a planned 448 pupils. The existing school is located on the eastern part of the parcel, while the construction of the Primary School is planned on its western, separate part. The number of floors of the existing gymnasium is Basement+Ground+2, and the planned primary school will be Ground+First+3. The future Dragutin Kušlan Primary School will represent a social-educational unit together with the III. Gymnasium on Kušlanova Street and will jointly use the outdoor sports fields due to spatial limitations of the defined area.
