TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject scope consists of a newly formed plot no. 1863/1 cadastral municipality Peščenica. On the common parcel will be located Dragutin Kušlan Primary School and the existing building of the Third Gymnasium. According to the provisions of the Zagreb City General Urban Plan (GUP), in densely populated areas or already formed settlements, the size of the school's building plot is at least 20 m2 per student. The newly formed plot is sufficient for the needs of the Third Gymnasium - max 672 students, and Dragutin Kušlan Primary School with the planned 448 students. The existing school is located on the eastern part of the plot, while the construction of the Primary School is planned on its western, separate part. The number of floors of the existing gymnasium is basement + ground floor + 2, and the planned primary school is ground floor + 3 floors. The future Dragutin Kušlan Primary School will represent a social-school unit with the Third Gymnasium on Kušlanova Street and will jointly use outdoor sports fields due to the spatial limitations of the defined scope.
