TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope in question comprises a newly formed plot, cadastral parcel no. 1863/1, k.o. Peščenica. On the joint plot there will be the Primary School Dragutin Kušlan and the existing building of the III. Gymnasium. Pursuant to the provisions of the GUP of the City of Zagreb, in densely populated areas, i.e. in already formed settlements, the size of a school building plot amounts to at least 20 m2 per pupil. The newly formed plot is sufficient for the needs of the III. Gymnasium—max 672 pupils—and for the Primary School Dragutin Kušlan with the planned 448 pupils. The existing school is located on the eastern part of the plot, whereas the construction of the Primary School is planned on its western, detached part. The number of storeys of the existing gymnasium is Su+P+2, and the planned primary schools are Po+P+3. The future Primary School Dragutin Kušlan will constitute a socio-school complex together with the III. Gymnasium on Kušlanova street, and the two schools will jointly use the outdoor sports fields, taking into account the spatial limitations of the specified scope.
