TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the subject matter consists of a newly formed plot, cadastral parcel no. 1863/1, cadastral municipality Peščenica. On the shared plot there will be the Primary School Dragutin Kušlan and the existing building of the 3rd Grammar School (III. Gimnazije). Pursuant to the provisions of the GUP of the City of Zagreb, in densely populated areas, i.e. in already established settlements, the size of the school building plot is at least 20 m2 per student. The newly formed plot is sufficient for the needs of the 3rd Grammar School—max 672 students—and for Primary School Dragutin Kušlan with the planned 448 students. The existing school is located in the eastern part of the plot, while the construction of the Primary School is planned in its western, separate part. The existing grammar school has the following number of storeys: Su+P+2, and the planned primary school: Po+P+3. The future Primary School Dragutin Kušlan will represent a community-and-school complex together with the 3rd Grammar School at Kušlanova street, and they will make joint use of outdoor sports facilities, considering the spatial limitations of the specified scope.
