TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the reconstruction of OŠ Slunj—i.e., the execution of works on the construction of the school sports hall and the sports playground with artificial turf, together with landscaping at the site of cadastral parcel 171/1, cadastral municipality Slunj 1, Školska 17, Slunj. With regard to the complexity of the construction, pursuant to the Construction Act, the building is classified in Group 2.b—extension of the school sports hall, and the works will be carried out on the basis of the building permit KLASA: UP/I-361-03/25-01/000046, URBROJ: 2133-07-02/11-26-0020 issued on 08.04.2026 by the Administrative Department for Construction and Environmental Affairs, Department for Spatial Planning and Construction of the Karlovac County.
