TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of procurement is the performance of construction, building craft and installation works on the reconstruction and conversion of the Synagogue into a building of cultural purpose located in Varaždin, in Augusta Cesarca Street at house number 16A, on cadastral plot 2018, cadastral municipality Varaždin, all in accordance with the Main Project Z.O.P.:17/25, prepared by TD Kapov d.o.o. Zagreb, the main designer Ivan Kapov, authorisation number A3424. The technical specifications and description of the subject of procurement are provided in a separate document. The procurement is co-financed by funds of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) under the Integrated Territorial Programme 2021–2027 through the ITU mechanism, within the project “Enhancement of Cultural and Historical Heritage for the Development of Year-Round Tourism Offer” UPVŽ, project code: IP.3.1.64.0001 Execution of works on the reconstruction and conversion of the Synagogue
