CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING OF THE KINDERGARTEN DV MATIJE GUPCA CPV code and title: 45210000-2 In accordance with the Programme of capital investment works in facilities for social activities and the renewal of facilities damaged by the earthquake in the City of Zagreb in 2026, funds are planned for the preparation of project documentation, resolution of property and legal matters, construction and equipping of DV Matije Gupca. An increase in the capacity of the existing kindergarten is planned by adding new group units, i.e. extending the kindergarten building. The kindergarten has a capacity of 2 nursery (toddler) and 2 kindergarten units, while after the extension the capacity will be 6 kindergarten and 6 nursery units (total 192 children). The subject of this project is exclusively the extension of the kindergarten building, without any interventions in the existing part of the kindergarten building. The existing kindergarten building is retained within the existing overall dimensions, and the reconstruction arises exclusively from the need for a functional connection with the newly designed part.
