PERFORMING WORKS ON THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE PRIMARY SCHOOL ŠESTINECPV code and title: 45000000-7DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF PROCUREMENT: The project involves the reconstruction of the existing building of the Primary School Šestine and the extension of a new part of the building on a newly formed building plot, parcel No. 1586/1, cadastral municipality Šestine, formed from parcels No. 1585 and 1586/1, cadastral municipality Šestine, at the address Podrebernica 13, Zagreb. On the site there is an existing school building with a height of P+1, built in 1981, for which a building permit has been issued, No. UP/I-05/1-2956/3-79 of 21.06.1979.The scope includes the extension of a new part of the school with a height of basement and ground floor, the installation of a photovoltaic power plant on the roof of the existing part of the building, the construction of public lighting, and accompanying works on infrastructure and the environment. Through reconstruction and extension, spatial conditions for the operation of the school in a single shift are planned to be ensured by increasing capacity to 16 classroom units (8 units for class instruction and 8 units for subject instruction),…
