TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the execution of works to remove a family house at the address Ulica Ivana Kukuljevića Sakcinskog 14, Sisak, as regulated by the Law on Renewal, the Programme of Measures, the Construction Act and other applicable legal and by-laws, and in each subsequent amendment and supplement of those regulations. Pursuant to Article 37(1) of the Law on Renewal, a destroyed building shall be removed in accordance with the project for removal of the building, and when preparing the project for removal of the building, the provisions of regulations on construction shall be applied in an appropriate manner that govern the preparation of the removal project. The contractor is obliged to carry out all necessary harmonisations with the new legal regulations. For the purposes of this procurement procedure, the relevant parts relating to the execution of removal works apply from the above-mentioned documents.
