TENDER DESCRIPTION
The contracting authority procures works for the purpose of enforcing the decisions of the construction inspectors on the removal of unlawfully constructed buildings through a third party in accordance with Articles 30 and 31 of the Construction Inspection Act ("Narodne novine", No. 153/13 and 145/24) and Articles 113 and 114 of the State Inspectorate Act ("Narodne novine", No. 115/18, 117/21, 67/23 and 155/23).
