TENDER DESCRIPTION

The district committee of the Landkreis Fulda, represented by the Buildings Management department, intends to carry out the conversion and modernisation of the Jahnschule Hünfeld. The main focus of the measures is the fundamental renewal of the technical building services as well as the internal reorganisation of functional areas and usage units within the building. In addition, an extension of the building by means of a single-storey extension and a barrier-free lift are planned. In general, the technical building services will be renewed throughout the entire building and, in large parts, the interior surface finishes (suspended ceilings, floor coverings, wall coverings, etc.). The described measures must be carried out in parallel with ongoing school operations. For this purpose, the overall project is divided into four construction phases, with the two construction phases (2. BA + 3. BA) taking place in parallel over time.
