Annual performance schedule 2027/2028 – call-out readiness area I, subdivided into the titles civil engineering works, utility lines and call-out readiness. Title 1 includes civil engineering works for the initial installation and renewal of utility lines, as well as pipe bursts and small excavations of all kinds. Title 2 includes the laying of utility lines. Title three includes the provision and availability of call-out readiness. The service area results from Annex A: overview plan of the service area [see special contractual conditions], from which the call-out readiness areas I and II and the operating sites are shown. For the service area, framework agreements for the execution of civil engineering works, the laying of utility lines, as well as for the continuous provision and maintenance of call-out readiness are being tendered anew. The laying of lines for new connections as well as the renewal of service connections are not the subject of this invitation to tender. Only the civil engineering works required for this are part of the services to be offered.
