TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Welfare Area of Southwest Finland is tendering the design-build contract for the Jäkärlä Rescue Station to the extent specified in the documents. The tendering procedure is conducted using the restricted procedure in accordance with Section 33 of the Act on Public Procurement, whereby all interested economic operators may submit a request to participate based on the invitation to tender. Only candidates selected by the contracting authority may submit a tender. Acceptable candidates are selected by complying with the minimum requirements specified in the invitation to tender. The selected candidates will sign a confidentiality agreement before the request for tender documents are provided to them.
