INVITATION TO TENDER Stara, Helsinki City’s Construction Services Public Enterprise (Rakentamispalveluliikelaitos), requests your tender for the paving contract for Jakomäki Square in accordance with this invitation to tender and the tender documents attached. The contracting authority is Stara. The procurement will be used by Stara’s City Infrastructure Construction Department. The site is located in Jakomäki, in Helsinki’s Suurmetsä (41.) district. The contract includes the concrete slab surfacing, changes to and refurbishment of the paving and planting basins to be carried out at Jakomäki Square in 2027.
