TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the procurement is to acquire the digital and offset printing services required by the JAMK University of Applied Sciences of Jyväskylä. The procurement covers, in a versatile manner, the printed products and visibility solutions needed by JAMK. The procurement also includes an electronic ordering system or an online shop solution through which the contracting authority may order stocked products, on-demand printed products, and printed products that can be customised in the system. The main collaboration partners of the provider of the digital and offset printing services are JAMK’s communication and publishing services, which plan and carry out JAMK’s marketing, communications, and publishing activities. Printing services are primarily ordered by experts, producers, and communication planners from JAMK’s marketing and publishing services. In addition, orders are placed with the provider for projects and assignments funded by JAMK’s third parties, in which case the orders are made by project managers and project secretaries.
