TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the procurement is to acquire the digital and offset printing services required by JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Jyväskylä. The procurement covers, in a wide-ranging manner, printed products and visibility solutions needed by JAMK. In addition, the procurement includes an electronic ordering system or an online store solution through which the contracting authority can order stocked products, on-demand printed products, and printed products that can be modified within the system. The main cooperation partners of the service provider for the digital and offset printing services are JAMK’s communication and publishing services, which plan and implement JAMK’s marketing, communications, and publishing activities. Printing services are primarily ordered by experts, producers, and communications planners from JAMK’s marketing and publishing services. In addition, orders are placed with the service provider for projects and initiatives funded by JAMK’s third parties, in which case the orders are placed by project managers and project secretaries.
