TENDER DESCRIPTION

The objective of the procurement is to procure the digital and offset printing services required by the University of Applied Sciences of Jyväskylä (Jamk). The procurement covers, in a wide range, the print products and visibility solutions needed by Jamk. The procurement also includes an electronic ordering system or an online store solution through which the contracting authority may order warehoused products, on-demand printed products, and printed products that can be customised in the system. The main cooperation partners of the service provider for the digital and offset printing services are Jamk’s communications and publishing services, which plan and implement Jamk’s marketing, communications and publishing activities. Print services are purchased primarily by experts in Jamk’s marketing and publishing services, producers and communications planners. In addition, orders are placed with the service provider for projects and initiatives funded by a third party of Jamk, in which case the orders are placed by project managers and project secretaries.
