TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a simulation system (AV system) for the use of the University of Applied Sciences in Jyväskylä’s Wellbeing Unit in premises to be completed in 2027 for the Hippos competence centre in Jyväskylä, mainly for teaching use. The simulation system must cover all equipment and software listed in the tender documents. The simulation environment includes, in addition to the actual simulation rooms, all learning spaces in two (2) floors and the control rooms from which simulation situations and connections to different teaching spaces are managed. With the simulation system, diverse simulation exercises are created for teaching purposes that resemble authentic interaction and client situations in the social and healthcare field. The purpose of the simulation system is to enable description, recording and real-time control of teaching situations. The new Hippos Centre being built in Jyväskylä will offer a unique overall solution for moving around, pursuing hobbies and competing in sport.
