TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is a simulation system (AV system) to be placed in premises due to be completed in 2027 for use by Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences’ Wellbeing Unit at the Hippos competence center in Jyväskylä, mainly for teaching use. The simulation system must include all the equipment and software listed in the request for tenders. The simulation environment includes, in addition to the actual simulation spaces, all learning spaces in two (2) floors and the control rooms, from which simulation situations and connections to different teaching spaces are controlled. With the simulation system, versatile simulation exercises are created for teaching purposes that resemble authentic interaction and customer situations in the social and healthcare fields. The purpose of the simulation system is to enable the recording, capturing and real-time control of teaching situations. The new Hippos Centre, to be built in Jyväskylä as a city for sport and exercise, will provide a unique overall entity for moving, pursuing hobbies, and competing.
