TENDER DESCRIPTION

Janakkala municipality requests a tender for hourly work for building repair works required by the municipality and the supplies used in them for 1.1.2027–31.12.2029, with one (1) year option. The work to be ordered is mainly maintenance or contracting work for properties maintained by the facilities service, with varying duration. The building repair works concern, for example, schools, day-care centres, sports facilities and the municipal office. Three suppliers are selected as framework agreement suppliers. The suppliers are selected for the framework agreement arrangement in the total-economically most advantageous order based on the tender comparison. The contracting authority reserves the right to establish the framework agreement arrangement even if there are fewer than three tenders meeting the suitability requirements. With the selected parties, a separate agreement is concluded after the procurement decision.
