TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns the maintenance and servicing of street lighting for the City of Järvenpää for the contract period: 05.10.2026 - 06.10.2030. One supplier will be selected based on the competition. The street lighting includes lighting of streets and roads as well as parks, squares, plazas, playgrounds, other areas, and special lighting. At the client's separate order, the client may also commission the following works: maintenance of electric vehicle charging points and other electrical network construction works. In addition, some of the luminaires are located on the road network maintained by the ELY Centre. The street lighting network is owned by the city. The contract subject is described in more detail in Appendix 1 Service Description and its annexes 1 Lamp post map, 2 Quantity list, and 3 Safety document.
