TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns maintenance and upkeep services for the street lighting of the city of Järvenpää for the contract period: 05.10.2026 - 06.10.2030. One supplier will be selected based on the tender. The street lighting includes, in addition to street and road lighting, the lighting of parks, squares, plazas, playgrounds, other areas, as well as special lighting. By separate order from the contracting authority, the contracting authority may also have the following works carried out: maintenance of electric vehicle charging points and other electrical network construction works. In addition, some of the luminaires are located on the road network maintained by the ELY Centre. The street lighting network is owned by the city.
